I have had the pleasure of knowing and training with Sifu Rob over the last few years. In that time, he has proven that he is dedicated to his art and is determined to pass it on so that the next generation can prosper. I recently had the privilege of going and watching one of his "Dragonfly" kids classes and it is one of the best I've seen in almost two decades of training. I highly recommend his school to any and all that would take that step to better themselves.

Honestly, this is the real deal. I appreciate the professionalism, investment, and encouragement I’ve received from Sifu Rob. I am confident that as I progress, I will actually instill self-defense into myself, and in my life. It will come naturally with real practice! Sifu Rob hasn’t just gone through the motions. He actually makes sure I understand everything he’s teaching me, and shows me how useful it will be. There are no free passes here. You will always know for sure that you earned the belt you’re given. If you’d like to learn a martial art in a place where you will be invested in, encouraged to reach your potential, and where you can be sure you’ll be getting legitimate training, I’d highly recommend Bill Gregory’s Kajukenpo.

Sifou Rob is a great teacher. He is very patient with the young students in his classes. He does a great job keeping them interested in class and always eager to learn more.
Miss Natasha and Si-Hing Hannah have also been great with the students, making sure if anyone needs help that they are right there.

How much does it cost to build someone up?

What does it take to be kind?

What happens when we’re kind to each other?

When we build other up it shows compassion but it also helps us feel better and become better people when we stop being negative.

It doesn’t cost anything to be kind or say something kind to someone. It does however help build ones confidence! You can find out how we build confidence here http:franklinkarate.com

One of our students was recently having a hard time with some friends

They were using their opinions as facts. Someone decides they don’t like something or someone, and so they tell their friends its dumb or this person is bad. All they’re doing is trying to make themselves feel better. At our karate school in Franklin, NH we focus on building each other up. Compliment someone today and see how it changes their day, We can do better, We set the example for future generations on how to act and behave around others. Kids finish building their character by age 7. That means they will need to work twice as hard to learn these things if they havent already. That’s where we come in, at Bill Gregory’s Kajukenpo Pai Lum we focus heavily on character development and our Leadership program is one of a kind!
